Simmtronics Semiconductors has released new range of slim desktop PCs in varied sizes of monitors. The company has announced release of the PCs in two variants: SDC 2711S and SCD 2911S. The company’s desktop PC range comes with 15.6-inch, 18.5-inch and 20-inch LCD monitor options.

The SDC2711S is loaded with Intel Pentium Dual Core (E5400, 2.7 GHz, 2MB Cache, 800 FSB) processor and has 1 GB of RAM that you can be upgrade up to 4GB. It has 500 GB SATA HDD. Simmtronics has also added other most useful features like DVD R/W Dual Layer, Multimedia Keyboard, Optical Mouse and slim cabinet. Simmtronics SDC 2711S comes preloaded with Ubuntu.

Simmtronics SCD2911S comes with Intel Core 2 Duo (E7500, 2.93Ghz, 3MB Cache, 1066 FSB) processor, 1 GB RAM (upgradeable up to 4 GB) and 500 GB SATA HDD. The PC also has some other useful features such as Multimedia Keyboard, Optical Mouse, and Slim Cabinet. Even this desktop comes loaded with Ubuntu.

The company has made available the PC desktop range across India through its authorized partners.Simmtronics SDC 2711S is priced at Rs. 13,490 and Simmtronics SCD 2911S is available for Rs. 15,990. The price excludes the cost of the LCD monitors. The SDC 2711S is available with three-year warranty, while the SCD 2911S with a three-year onsite warranty.
